      The reason behind the research, development, time and effort put into the CXA81 was to make this integrated amplifier complete and engaging even at this price point. Every component selected, and every design decision made, are based entirely on the desire to progress. The CXA81 was designed without compromise to deliver a complete musical image.

      The story

      The CXA81 is designed to bring music to life, regardless of how it is stored. Therefore, it has a completely new digital board, including the ESS Saber ES9016 DAC. This means that files up to 32bit/384kHz, or DSD250 are brought to life, with an intact delivery of every detail and nuance. The CXA81 combines precision with lively musicality.

      Power and control

      Thanks to numerous improvements, and the toroidal transformer - CXA81 delivers 80W per channel. This means that the CXA81 has full authority with even the most demanding speakers, it means that the major dynamic musical exchanges are controlled, and it means that the entire musical image is available whether you're playing at low volume or at high volume.

      Absolute flexibility

      The CXA81 features a variety of connections, offering absolute freedom. In addition to the digital inputs (optical and coaxial), it has unbalanced stereo RCA inputs, along with balanced XLR jacks - and Bluetooth connectivity with aptX HD.
