JBL Tour — True wireless earbuds

The remote is the case itself

Tour Pro 2 are true wireless earbuds with adaptive noise cancelling, 6 microphones for calls and the Smart Charging Case, a charging case with a 1.45-inch touchscreen that controls the earbuds without your phone.

The core idea of Tour Pro 2 is the case. On its 1.45-inch touchscreen you change the noise cancelling mode, accept or reject calls, control playback, check the battery level and set an alarm, without taking out your phone. According to JBL, app features are available through the case even when the earbuds are connected to a laptop, PC or TV.

The earbuds have 10 mm dynamic drivers with JBL Pro Sound and JBL Spatial Sound, with movie, music and game modes. They are IPX5 water resistant and also charge wirelessly on a Qi charger.

Smart Charging Case with a touchscreen

The case's 1.45-inch screen puts the JBL Headphones app controls at hand: ANC or Smart Ambient mode, volume, playback, calls, alarm and battery level.

The case keeps the earbuds charged for up to 30 more hours on top of the 10 hours in the earbuds. 15 minutes of speed charging adds 4 hours, and a full charge takes 2 hours. The Qi wireless charger is not included, JBL states.

      • Speed charge: 15 min for 4 h

Adaptive ANC and 6 microphones for calls

True Adaptive Noise Cancelling uses 4 microphones that listen to the surrounding noise and adjust in real time. Smart Ambient lets you hear what is going on around you without taking the earbuds out.

For calls, the 6-mic algorithm helps keep conversations clear even in loud or windy places, and VoiceAware sets how much of your own voice you hear. Personal Sound Amplification can boost voices around you by 15–20 dB.
