      JBL — Open-ear sport headphones

Train with music without shutting out the world

Endurance Pace leaves your ear canal open: sound comes from drivers placed next to the ear on a lightweight titanium neckband, and IP68 protection lets them take sweat, rain, salt water and sand.

At a glanceOpen-ear design, titanium neckbandIP68 water and dust protectionUp to 10 hours of music

When you run on the street or in the park, hearing what is around you matters. JBL Endurance Pace uses JBL OpenSound technology: the earpieces do not go into the ear, and directional sound aimed at the ear canal reaches you with minimal leakage to people nearby, for both music and calls.

The neckband has a titanium memory-metal frame that keeps its shape, and liquid silicone ear hooks keep the earpieces in place even during intense exercise.

      JBL OpenSound with adaptive bass

Each earpiece has an 18 x 11 mm dynamic driver. An adaptive bass boost algorithm keeps the beat going, and directional sound limits what people around you hear.

In the JBL Headphones app you pick a preset EQ or create your own; Relax Mode offers a sound suited to recovery after a workout.

      • 18 x 11 mm dynamic driver
      • Frequency response: 20 Hz – 20 kHz
      • Sensitivity: 104 dB SPL at 1 kHz

IP68, physical controls and up to 10 hours of music

IP68 means protection against dust and water: JBL mentions sweat, rain, salt water and sand, as well as high temperatures and humidity. The right arm carries 3 buttons for volume, calls and music, so your phone stays in your pocket.

The battery gives up to 10 hours of music or 8 hours of talk time, and a 10-minute charge adds another 4 hours. A full charge takes 2 hours. The charging cable is not included in the box.

      • 3 buttons: volume, calls, music
      • 2 beamforming microphones for calls
      • Full charge: 2 hours
