- Elliptical needle (7.6 x 17.8 um) - bonded (Bonded Shank) / aluminum suspension.
- This is an entry-level model of the range, with the 500 body and a soldered elliptical needle ( VMN 20 EB ). The suspension is made of aluminum and has a variable section (they are narrower towards the needle). The elliptical needle is more precise than the conical one and offers a better frequency response and reduced distortions.
